Custom Test Benches
JM Test Systems can manufacture a custom test bench to your specification. JM Test Systems provides you with wide choice of test equipment or you can supply existing test equipment for us to integrate into a test bench. Standard consoles fit most instrument work tables or JM Test Systems can furnish complete test benches to handle all of your calibration needs.

Test Panel Features:
- 24VDC Indicator: Indicates 24VDC power to panel instruments, supplied by a power supply.
- Loop Powered Meter: Used in conjunction with an external power source, wired in series with load when testinginstrument. Caution do not apply voltage source directly into meter. Used in calibrating transmitters. Displays 420mA or 0100%
- 24 VDC Supply: Two banana jacks labeled 24 VDC supply, supplied by a power supply. .75 Amp
- 4-20 ma input / 3-15 psig output: Banana jacks are connected to I/P current to pressure transducer. External 420 ma source connected to banana jacks will output a 3-15 psig output. (valve testing, transducers, etc.)
- 24 VDC Solenoid Test: 24 VDC powered from a power supply to banana jacks on panel. Connect solenoid extension wiring to banana jack input, select either a momentary switch closure or close rocker switch for continuous operation.
- 120 VAC Solenoid Test: 120 VAC supplied from 120 vac distribution strip to banana jacks on panel. Connect solenoid extension wires to banana jacks input, select either a momentary switch closure or rocker switch for continuous operation.
- Continuity Test: 24 VDC powered from a power supply to banana jacks on panel. Connect device to be tested to banana jack input. Light will instantly illuminate if conducting, also rocker switch will enable a buzzer to sound if so desired. Used to test continuity on pressure switches, solenoids, etc.
- 120 VAC Outlets: Two separate 120 vac outlets, one on each side of panel, also provides outlets to rear panel. Outlet switches on panel provides power to outlets with indicating and internal breaker with reset, 20 Amp.
- Three Digital Pressure Gauges, ranged from 15 to 30 psi, 0300 psi and 03000 psi. Regulators are used in conjunction with the digital gauges. Each gauge system is equipped with two input/output ports except the low range (15 to 30psi) gauge which has one port. Each gauge system is equipped with a vent valve to vent system and a relief valve for over pressure protection. The low pressure (15 to 30 psi) gauge system is equipped with a valve which is selected to either vacuum or pressure usage. Used to check transmitters, switches, gauges, etc.
- Multifunction Process calibrator is used as volt, current, resistance, temperature (T/C / RTD), frequency measurements, inputs and outputs. Used to check temperature transmitters, T/C or RTD, controllers, Frequency meters/transmitters, current to voltage transducers, etc.
- 20 psi supply port for external usage, transmitters, etc. (optional) two pneumatic ports with adjustable regulator.
- A 250 ohm precision load resistor, accessed from banana jacks used (in conjunction with a transmitter as a load resistor when calibrating.)
- Supply tubing & fitting (standard) is 1/4" copper/ brass. Optional all 316 SS tubing and fittings.
- Console Light (optional)
- All electrical power and gas supply connections enter from top. (optional side mount)
- Pneumatic cleaning nozzle/hose (standard)
- Five drawer metal cabinet (standard). Optional 3 drawer cabinets are formica covered (wood base).
- Test bench can be either a floor mount or castor mount.
- Bottle gas vise optional
- Vacuum pump optional—can be mounted externally or interally utilizing a large one drawer cabinet.
- Fluke 744 calibrator optional
- Vise—optional
- Customer to specify type gas supply and pressure.
- Agilent U3606a Digital Multimeter/Power Supply
